Donations

We happily accept any and all high school yearbooks for schools in the San Francisco Bay area.
We accept, and highly encourage, donations of digital data for publication.
We accept cash donations online via Paypal (use Credit Card or Paypal Account).
We accept cash or check donations to our mailing address (see below).
We may accept other historical emphera, photographs, etc. However, our storage space is extremely limited. Please contact us first to see if we will accept your items.
We are registered as a California, non-profit tax-exempt organization. We are also an IRS approved 501(c)(3) private operating foundation, EIN# 47-4731041 (aka Federal Tax ID). All or part of your gift may be tax deductible as a charitable contribution. Please check with your tax advisor.

Please include your name and mailing address so we can provide proper acknowledgment. Our written acknowledgment will include a brief description of the items received. You do not have to provide a complete inventory, but if you do we will compare the inventory to the material received, date stamp your inventory, and return it with the written acknowledgment. Please allow 30 days for our written acknowledgment.

Valuation

While we provide written acknowledgment of all donations, we cannot appraise or value noncash gifts. When $500 or more is claimed for noncash items on a U.S. tax return, an IRS Form 8283 is required. Please include a copy of this form with your noncash gift if you would like it signed by us.
