Mrs. F. H. Lamb Of Inverness Dies Suddenly
Wife Of Justice Of The Peace Passes Away After Illness Of But One Day
INVERNESS, April 9 – Mrs. Sarah L. Lamb, wife of Frank H. Lamb, who for years was head of the western division of the Western Union Telegraph Co., died on Saturday at her home here of cerebral hemorrhage after an illness of one day.
Upon Mr. Lamb’s retirement from the telegraph company, ten years ago, he with his family, who had resided at Berkeley, took up his home in Inverness. He is the justice of the peace in that district.
Mrs. Lamb is survived by her husband and two children, a daughter, Miss Florence P. Lamb, who make her home with her parents, and a son, Roland T. Lamb, who is connected with the Western Union in San Francisco.
The funeral will be held tomorrow at 2 o’clock from the parlors of Halsted & Co. in San Francisco.
